Gemstone dials represent one of the most demanding applications in gemstone manufacturing, requiring exceptional dimensional precision and flawless surface quality. Wild & Petsch produces these exclusive components with consistent accuracy and repeatability, from small batches to larger production series. Combining decades of gemstone-cutting expertise with advanced CNC technology, we meet the highest standards of the luxury watch industry.

Available materials include malachite, aventurine, agate, tiger’s eye, lapis lazuli, and many other gemstone varieties upon request.

Hand-guided individual cutting
technique.

Wild & Petsch has developed a unique production method in-house: the hand-guided individual grinding technique (HIS). It combines computer-aided grinding with the trained eye and hand of a master grinder. This results in a quality that neither machine nor hand alone can achieve. Wild & Petsch continuously develops this method and trains every specialist in it internally.

Every part leaves Plant 2.0 only after undergoing a thorough inspection. State of the art measuring equipment: Keyence, Zoller, Zeiss, and Mitutoyo.

This applies to both one-off items and mass-produced goods. Color and quality matching of sets is a standard part of every order.
